The veil is thinning, the nights are growing longer, and Halloween is creeping closer… which makes it the perfect time to raise your stitching from the dead.
You may remember the original Tombstone Pillow Pattern—a creepy-cute sewing project that has become one of my top seasonal sellers. This year, I couldn’t resist adding even more magic to it. So I conjured up something new: the Tombstone Pillow Expansion Pack.

What’s Inside the Expansion Pack

If you want to add some extra spookiness to the original Tombstone Pillow, this pattern release is for you! The expansion pack includes 40 different options for the face of your tombstone pillow in the form of 40 individually printable PDFs, as well as a "Menu" PDF to help you pick, print, and prepare your pattern expansion.

Within these 40 options you'll find:

• A range of options from funny to cute to creepy
• Bats, birds, spiders and ghosts galore 
• Historical figures, pop culture references, and so much more!

Whether you’re decorating your couch, entryway, or a Halloween party nook, these pillows make a haunting statement. Create an entire graveyard scene with multiple pillows styled together!

How to Use the Expansion Pack

• First, remember that as an expansion pack, you do need to have the original Tombstone Pattern to complete this project 
• Open your new Expansion Pack zip file and find all the treats inside. Open the "Menu" first. This document shows you all 40 pattern options. Pick the one you want, note the name, and find the corresponding file name among the other PDFs in the zip file. 
• Open, print, and piece the pages together as instructed in the Menu
• Swap out pattern piece "A" from the original pattern for your new chosen expansion piece
• Follow the directions for sewing your tombstone from the original Tombstone Pattern
• Repeat for a whole graveyard full of goodies
